Ad Hoc Phone / Remote Support

Ad Hoc On-Site SupportOur ad hoc on-site support is for clients that want support on an as-per-need basis and don't want any on-going commitment. Our ad hoc rates are billed in 15 minute intervals. A minimum of 3 hours applies to on-site visits. |

Discounted Prepaid SupportOur prepaid support is for clients that want ongoing support at a discounted rate when purchasing a block of 15-hours or 30-hours in advance. Our prepaid support is valid for a 12 month period from date of purchase. Prepaid support can be used for phone support, remote support as well as on-site support. A minimum of 3 hours applies to on-site visits. |

Remote Support vs. On-Site Support
Majority of the time, on-site visits are not necessary and remote support is a better option for clients. The minimum number of billable hours is less for remote support. Remote support doesn't require any fancy pre-installed software, we simply provide you with a web link and we can be connected to your computer within a minute or two. It's safe, it's fast and it's reliable.
