FileMaker Requirements

LatitudeZERO is a set of custom functions and can run with a regular copy of FileMaker Pro as well as runtime applications. FileMaker Pro Advanced is required in order to transfer the custom functions into your solutions.

ZIP Code Data

LatitudeZERO uses latitude and longitude coordinates to calculate distances between two points. It does not actually calculate distances between ZIP Codes. If you want to calculate distances between ZIP Codes, you will need to obtain ZIP Code Data with latitude and longitude coordinates for your country of interest. Please contact your local postal provider or search for such data on-line. We do not have a list of such data providers and you will need to conduct your own research.

Is LatitudeZERO a plug-in?

No. It used to be a plug-in, however we decided to rewrite it as a series of FileMaker scripts and Custom Functions. This gives you greater control as you are free to customise the code however you like.

Do I get full access to LatitudeZERO source code?

Absolutely. Once you purchase LatitudeZERO, you'll receive full access to it's source code and you can customise LatitudeZERO however you like.
