Transaction Policy

Shipping & delivery:
Not applicable - all products are available for download on-line.

Transaction currency:
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD). A currency conversion link (powered by Yahoo) has been provided, which converts our pricing into other currencies.

Refund policy:
Refunds will only be issued prior to the customer receiving a registration code. Once a registration code has been issued, the refund policy becomes ineffective. Customers are asked to download the trial version of the software and evaluate it before proceeding with the transaction.

Privacy policy:
Customer data remains confidential, and will not be provided to any third party. We may however email you when updates, upgrades, or relevant products become available.

Tax:
Tax is not applicable to international customers. Australian residents are required to pay 10% GST. All prices displayed exclude tax. A reminder note is provided for Australian residents along side each product. The purchase page displays the appropriate tax amount and the total.

Customer service policy:
All software products are available for evaluation via download. Products may be restricted in certain ways, and may require registration codes to unlock its full capabilities. Some products may be time restricted and expire. You will be sent a registration code once your payment transaction has been confirmed and approved. You will receive the registration code via email usually within 48 hours - depending on current demands. Customers are asked to send us an email if they haven't received their registration code within the specified timeframe. Users are asked to keep registration codes in a safe place for future reference. We will only reissue registration codes if we can verify the customer.
